The results of our March Challenge

We had 34 blocks entered in the 2020 March quilt block challenge. Later 9 people made 11 extra blocks so that we could donate 3 quilts to Vets for Valor at our next Veteran’s day.

Donna B was in charge of the challenge and provided the information used in this post. Didn’t she do a fantastic job!

Our Carols (A & H) put the quilts together with blue sashing in the “Quilt as You Go” method. The Challenge Blocks had been quilted by the participants before being entered in the contest.

Judi S and Cynthia B helped behind the scenes by cutting the leftover batting from Community Quilts into 18″ squares so that everyone’s blocks had the same batting.
