To occupy my time during this lock down, I have continued to work on what was to be my Seven Sisters entry. I guess I’ll donate it now. Although I like my fabric/color sections, the design has a lot to be desired. You see, I started it one afternoon during cocktail time. In hind sight, maybe that wasn’t my brightness idea. I had cut several blocks and when I started laying them out, I realized I didn’t have enough fabric to make the required blocks need for this Double Shot Star quilt pattern. So I used what I had and came up with this design. You can sorta see the stars or the circles. My quilting friend Karen said it was quirky. So, I named it “Double Shot of Tequila and Lime Makes for a Quirky Design”.
Love it. Especially the story behind it.
It has lots of movement and I personally love the colors
