I think I can safely say that everyone enjoyed the class.  She was interesting, patient, lighthearted, and very organized.  I thought it was interesting that she drew 100 faces on 5×7 cards – a face a day.  It was easy to see how she improved.  We learned about proportion and contrast.  She showed our color choices and made suggestions.  We started with sketching our own face, then moved on to making a postcard size wacky face out with of fabric.  Next, we started our portraits of either Ella Fitzgerald or Audrey Hepburn.  We were granted access to her class video for 2 more days, which was great.

Works in progress:  Linda H choose Ella and Jenny P worked on Audrey.  Still have more to do more before they are finished.  However, Lyric’s procedures made very easy to get this far.
